The top five electorates with the most housing stress … are all in western Sydney.
The hardest hit in terms of housing stress is the seat of Blaxland held by Labor’s Jason Clare where the unemployment rate is 9 per cent or nearly twice the national average.
The NATSEM analysis also shows eight of the 10 seats with the highest poverty rates are held by Labor, and Blaxland is worst, based on measures by the OECD
